2001年我局工作指导思想

　　以党的十五届五中全会和中央经济工作精神为指导，全面落实国家邮政局的工作部署，以发展为主题，以结构调整为主线，以改革和科技为动力，以满足社会需求、提高企业效益、改善职工生活为目标，树立创新精神，强化财务管理，加快能力建设，拓展经营空间，为北京邮政 "十五" 计划的顺利实施筹建一个全新的起点。

　　Guide by the gist of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Congress and the Central Committee's Economic Work Conference, Beijing Post is to put into effect all working tasks and requirements forth by the State Post Bureau. With development as the theme, structural adjustment as the thread, reform and science and technology as the driving force. And with its objectives to satisfy social demands, enhance economic returns and improve the living standard of its staff, Beijing Post will embody the spirit of innovation, strengthen its financial management, quicken capability buildup and broaden its operation scope so as to set up a brand new start-point for the smooth enforcement of the Tenth Five-Year Plan of Beijing Post.
