邮政服务
服务是永恒的主题,我局2000年把对服务工作的要求提到了 "抓服务促管理,塑形象求效益"
的高度来对待,把改善服务作为企业经营的自觉要求。在国家邮政局年度服务工作检查中,根据用户征求意见函反馈显示,我局服务工作满意度达到了82.05分,超过了国家邮政局下达的服务工作指标;群众满意率达到了97.3%,被市委城建工委命名为"北京市城建系统创建文明行业示范单位"。
我局文明行业评选工作已顺利通过了 "首都文明行业联合考评委员会" 的初步审核, 正在根据市 "考评委"
的工作安排,等待进行最后的验收。
Service
is an eternal theme. In the year 2000, Beijing Post was self-conscious
about improving service quality by stressing service, promoting
management, creating images and seeking economic returns. In the
annual service work inspection by the State Post Bureau, Beijing
Post ranked in front, according to the feedback of the consumers'
poll with a high mark of 82.05, which surpassed the service work
target set by the State Post Bureau. With a satisfactory rate of
97.3%, Beijing Post was entitled to Model industry in Creating Ethic
Sectors in the Capital's Infrastructure Construction System by the
committee of the same System.
Beijing Post passed a tentative evaluation of the United Evaluation
Committee for the Capital's Civilized Sectors. Currently, in accordance
with the arrangement of the UEC, Beijing Post is awaiting the last-step
acceptance inspection.
